A one week break in nature, together with an easy going cooking seminar about the secrets of Italian cuisine, centring around lifting your mind, body and soul - and all that the kitchen and cellar can contribute to it. 

 

Now you can try your own hand at cooking.

Your teacher Giovanni Dellefant - owner and cook of the casa - lets you inspect the kitchenware, shows how to do the basics and is not unwilling to give away the little tips and tricks which are crucial for giving the dishes their refining touch.

Excursions into the surroundings will let you become familiar with the regional products and their amenities: sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh figs, field salad, artichokes, wild boar, lamb and mushrooms, cheese and salami and the excellent wines of Tuscany.


And not least the herbs and spices which nature around the house offers generously: thyme, juniper, laurel, oregano, mint and balm.
